Using a sense of humor can give a different perspective of the situation- laughing at your problems can make it a little less heavy. Having sense of humor about the incident means accepting yourself and the situation. Being indulgent to your needs right now is good for you- just be sure you don’t spend away those life savings- do something out of the ordinary. Having a journal or diary can be of great help especially, in somehow alleviates your mood swings and gives you time to reflect and look at things outside of the box.
After the affair of your husband, things will never be the same again- you are now stronger and better. The incident maybe devastatingly traumatic but you are now wise enough not to be beaten up by the situation and you come out as the winner.
