Tags: , ,

In this day and age of survival, everybody would go to extra miles to get ahead. May it be in romantic or professional relationship, everybody wants success, to have that people go to extra lengths to reach the top. Some people would deliberately pull other people down if it will benefit them.

Lying is one of the materials they commonly use to get what they want. You can’t change old liars, the best way you can do is to protect yourself against them. There are common indication and body language of a liar. You have to hone your observation skills if you want to catch a liar.

Never give them a chance to victimize you, catch them before they betray you with their lies. Here are some ways to catch a liar. Liars are always defensive, though they may not sound defensive; their body language always gives them away. They cross their legs, the arms are towards their bodies, and have fewer movements.

The whole body itself is stiff and takes up limited space. They always avoid eye contact. One thing to take note is when they move their hand toward the mouth, face and throat or scratching behind the ear or nose, seldom touching his chest with an open palm. The timing of their reactions is totally off.

If a liar sobbingly apologizes, he cries and cries for a long time and says sorry, then when you say its okay, his crying feats stops just like that- like turning off a leaky faucet. There is delayed reaction, you know he is lying when he says he is happy to see you when he acts surprise then smile warmly- the smile should be with the surprise part.

The smiling part is a conscious effort when it should not be. It can also be, when he says he is happy to see you but you don’t see him smiling instead you see him frowning. Pay attention to his facial reaction, a sincere happy face includes the whole face-the eyes and the cheeks lifts up.

In a liar’s happy face it is limited to the mouth. When observing a liar, they would normally face in other direction or turn their body away from you. This is one way to catch a liar the other thing is when they use props between the two of you; he may have a glass of water or a cup of coffee or a book.

Non- liars are on the offensive side and the guilty ones are on the defensive area. When interrogated, they use the same words in your question. For example- “Did you cheat to me with that woman?” his most likely answer is “No, I did not cheat to you with that woman.” This means they think consciously of their answer when it is suppose to come out naturally when they are telling the truth.

They unconsciously say useless details to persuade you because they are not comfortable with silence and long pauses in the conversations. When he naturally speaks in a loud voice and now he speaks as soft as possible then he must be lying. If you know that you are being lied to- another clue is when you are talking about the concerned issue then you suddenly change the topic and he reacts with relief- he relaxes immediately and goes with the new topic, then he is lying about the concerned issue.

Non guilty will insist about the concerned issue. Trust is a very important matter, if someone gave you their trust, guard it with your life because you may never had it back again. So don’t ever think of risking trust. To catching a liar in not a hard task. Don’t lie because the truth will eventually reveal itself.

That's how it is and that's how it's gonna be.
