 The problem with jealousy problems is that it can eat you up inside until it paralyzes you and destroy your relationship. I remember my classmate in college, Hannah, she would call me at 1 am in the morning just to pass by her boyfriends house to check if his really in and if the light in his room is on because she suspects that her boyfriend is so hung up with his friends sister.
She is so jealous that she would cut class just to be with her boyfriend, making sure that his boyfriend is not hanging around in his friend’s house that has a beautiful sister. “I am so tired and exhausted with all this complications! That stupid bimbo- Why can’t she just leave the country or something like that! She’s ruining my life!” Hannah complained furiously.

I can imagine how exhausted she is because just by being with her and listening with her irrational reasons drained all my energy. This is what jealousy problems do to a person. It narrows your mind and prevents you from thinking sensible thoughts and without you knowing it, you are making a fool of yourself.
How to cope with jealousy and everything that is related to jealousy is you have to decipher what causes it? The main reason is of course lack of self esteem and self confidence. Another is inability to trust others and other reason for jealousy is being with a naturally flirtatious partner.
How to cope with jealousy actually depends on how willing are you going to compromise certain issues within you. Are you willing to do whatever it takes to conquer that insecurity of yours? Are you willing to step out and see where you lack and what you need to improve? Jealousy problems cannot be resolved if you are not willing to look from within you.
To develop your self- esteem I have a few suggestions. First take a good, hard look at yourself in the mirror, you might feel awkward then scared but continue looking at it, if you feel like crying- then cry, if you feel angry then let it out, curse yourself if you must but in the end, after all that topsy-turvy of emotions- smile and tell yourself it’s okay, its all right.
You’re alright and okay as you are and you're worth it. Forgive yourself, accept it and love it. It’s important to have a deep reconciliation from within you. Low self confidence and esteem happens when there are one or more aspects that you don’t like about being you. That is why the only solution is to accept that fact that you are perfectly flawed.
Once you have learned to love yourself, the possibilities are endless. You are happier and you are more contented. If you have this within you, you love more and you share more and you wouldn’t have anytime for any jealousy or envy. The only way to stop jealousy problems is to be good to yourself- take care of it and love it.
There’s this saying that if you are happy you will be good. This is because if you are genuinely happy from within you want to share it and you want other people to feel the same. So how do you to put a stop to jealousy problems? Be happy, be genuinely happy.
