Majority of men are guilty of this but nobody talks about it. It makes them feel like less of a man. There are so many reasons why men should overcome this problem. First, it will improve their bonding. Second, it will make his lady happy and third it will make him feel less inadequate.
If you think that this kind of problem stays in the bedroom, well think again. A word of wisdom to all males out there, when women talk, they really talk and your “shortcummings” is not an exception. So to all men out there here are some ways of controlling ejaculation.
In controlling premature ejaculation, it is a must that you are aware of your body, especially when you are nearing ejaculation. You have to learn to understand your body sensation. There is this common technique called start and stop technique. This is when you go to the point of nearly climaxing then stops before it’s too late, then start again.
As always this is easier said than done, you have to be a tuned in to your body with this one. You can actually master this technique through masturbation. That's right, masturbate your way to a satisfying sex life. You have to be sensitive enough to what it feels before ejaculation and be familiar with it so that when the actual act is being done you can control it.
Another technique in controlling ejaculation is to practice long foreplay and cunnilingus, this cannot actually help you in your climax but this can aid by satisfying your partners without relying so much on your ability to last longer. Another way of controlling ejaculation is to desensitize yourself. Condom in not only good for protecting yourself against sexually transmitted disease but it can also make you last longer because it lessens the sensation.
Another is by taking a little bit of wine or brandy or beer, alcoholic drinks are great in decreasing your sensitivity. Breathing techniques are also good in controlling premature ejaculation. Correct breathing procedures relaxes the body thus relaxing the urge to climax. So if you think that you are about to come, practice deep breathing.
Another way of controlling premature ejaculation is to do Kegel’s exercises. Kegel exercise or muscle control is all about strengthening your pelvic floor muscle, and a strong pelvic floor muscle allows you to have a better manipulation and mastery of your lower region. To further elaborate, the pelvic floor muscle are the ones responsible in stopping and starting your urination.
What you should do, is to hold the muscle for five seconds then relax for another five seconds, repeat this ten to fifteen times a day and before you know it you’re doing two hundred repetitions in twenty seconds. The great thing about this exercise is you can do this anytime, anywhere and it really works.
Controlling ejaculation is possible. With a lot of patience and perseverance coupled with awareness and understanding of your body, you’re on your way to become a marathon man rather than a minute man.
