Sexercise Your Way To A Sexier And Healthier You

Don’t have time and money to sign up for a gym or any wellness class? Tired of being chased by dogs while jogging around your block? Are you exhausted with doing sit- ups and handling dumbbells? Does slimming products make you grouchy and dizzy and you can’t seem to stick to your low calorie diet? Are you frustrated in getting those flab and flat away? Then your dilemmas are over.

Why not try exercise between the sheets? Sexercise. It’s free, feels good and you don’t have to put up with strict gym instructors. In sexercise, all you need is spontaneity, a little bit of energy and a lot of imagination. Studies revealed that sexercise lowers the risk of heart attacks or any cardiovascular diseases.

This is because sexercise is a great cardiovascular and core- training work out. It pumps every muscles and gets the heart and lungs working which can strengthen your endurance. Studies have shown that sexercise burns an approximate of 300 calories per hour. So imagine how many calories you can burn if you do this everyday for several hours.

Not only that, orgasm plays a big role for your well being. When you orgasm, your body releases endorphins. Endorphins are hormones that make you feel good. Aside from causing you to be in a good mood, it also makes your skin subtle and wrinkle- free and your hair shiny, not to mention alleviating your minor aches and pains.

This is because endorphins act as natural painkillers. Endorphins released during orgasm also stimulate the immune system preventing you from getting sick easily. Here are some helpful sex positions during sexercise that can help you lose those pounds. You don’t need to be acrobatic, you can incorporate it to your usual missionary position, just put a little twist to it.

When you lie on your back, and start your love making, lift or thrust your hips towards your man and be sure to squeeze your gluteals at the top of your thrusting. This is a good exercise for you lower back and buttocks and your lover will love it. If you want to lose those flabby inner thighs, you can do it with the woman on top position.

Spread your legs on top of your man and sit down on top of him with the sole of your feet flat on each side of his hips. Then thrust yourself up and down for penetration. You and your lover will go wild with the satisfaction of deep penetration. For men, you can maximize your leg and arm muscle with the standing position.

However, this is not recommended if your girlfriend is a lot heavier than you. But if you really want to, you can change positions- you can let your heavy girlfriend carry you. There are so many sex positions that can help you lose those unwanted fats. Just be spunky and creative.

Move. Get crazy. Have fun. Don’t just lie down like a dead monkey. In how to lose weight you don’t need to go through that boring or excruciating regimen, you don’t have to live by the mantra of no pain, no gain. Since sexercise targets almost all muscle groups in the body, it is the most pleasurable way to be fit and stay fit.

And most importantly, you can get to revive the passion in your relationship. It can certainly make you feel good inside and out.
